ThrottleNet Inc. Ranked in the Top 10 Percent for National ShoreTel Customer Satisfaction Ratings
ST. LOUIS, June 22, 2011 – ThrottleNet Inc. has been ranked No. 18 out of 900 national ShoreTel partners for customer satisfaction ratings. Out of a possible 100 percent rating, ThrottleNet has achieved a rating of 99.52 percent (the top 10 percent). ShoreTel partners who rank 95 percent or above on customer satisfaction surveys achieve a World Class rating.
ThrottleNet opened its telecommunications department in March of 2010. Since that time, the department has grown to include several small and medium companies throughout St. Louis and beyond.
