Google Chrome browser wouldn't open even after re-starting my machine and re-installing. Jimmy figured out my Chrome profile was corrupted and fixed it quickly. Very helpful so I can remain productive the rest of the day and beyond.

We have tried a couple of IT vendors in the past and ThrottleNet is by far the best we have used. While things are not always perfect (they never are with IT) most of their tech support is knowledgeable and helpful. The staff at ThrottleNet are quite incredible.
