YOUR SAFETY IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE
OUR TOP PRIORITY.
MOVING FORWARD IN THE
“NEW” NORMAL
“We’re in this together”, is a phrase that has become synonymous with The COVID-19. For ThrottleNet, this phrase couldn’t ring more true.
“We’re in this together”, is a phrase that has become synonymous with The COVID-19. For ThrottleNet, this phrase couldn’t ring more true.
As an essential business, ThrottleNet’s capabilities were put to the ultimate test as customers leaned on us to shift their entire workforce to a remote and mobile platform practically overnight. As conversations shifted from sales figures to home offices, zoom meetings, remote access, internet connections, cameras and home schooling ThrottleNet was busy making sure business could charge ahead despite the new challenges. Meanwhile, making many of the same changes internally to protect our staff. Together our teams and our customers were able to safely move forward during this most unsure time.
What’s Next?
Like many of you, we are anxious for things to get back to normal, but also want to be as cautious as we can at the same time.
The state of Missouri began Phase 1 on Monday, May 4th. St. Louis City and St. Louis County have recently announced that the plan is to open things back up and begin phase 1 on Monday, May 18th and will last through May 31st at which time it will be reevaluated.
As everyone is mentally preparing to gradually go back to work we want to make sure ThrottleNet is doing our part to make people continue to feel safe. As such, we are making several adjustments to our service delivery model for when the economy as a whole does start to open back up. This will include, but not be limited to:

Office Visits
For all required onsite visits, our technicians will be practicing social distancing, wearing gloves and a mask until deemed otherwise unnecessary by both parties. The technician will also be required to pass a forehead temperature check prior to departing our office.
Secure Curbside Drop-Off
As an alternative to onsite visits, where applicable, we will be offering a secure curbside drop-off (e.g. Laptops, desktops, cell phone, tablets, etc.).
New Installs
For new equipment installations, ThrottleNet will unbox and set up the equipment at our office per usual. Prior to boxing back up for onsite delivery, we will properly sanitize all outside areas of the equipment using antibacterial wipes.
Client Drop-Off
For any customers wishing to drop off equipment for repair/replacement at our office, we will again and coordinate in each scenario for someone to meet you. We will properly sanitize all outside areas of the equipment prior to delivering it back to you and additionally dust out the insides where applicable.
Safety Inside Throttlenet
Without our team, nothing is possible, which is why internally we are also making changes to make our own employees feel safe! This will include installation of dividers between our workstations, forehead temperature checks on all employees coming into work each day, widely available sanitation wipes and regular disinfection of high-traffic areas, 6-ft distancing rules, practicing self-quarantining per CDC guidelines and more.
WE WANT YOU TO REST ASSURED THAT WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR YOUR TEAM TO FEEL SAFER AND MORE COMFORTABLE AS THEY GRADUALLY COME BACK TO WORK.
