DEDICATED vCIO & FIELD ENGINEER

Sure, every ThrottleNet employee is committed to your success, but two are dedicated to your business full-time. Your vCIO (virtual Chief Intelligence Officer) and Field Engineer will know your network inside-out. They are your primary contacts and will provide ongoing strategic direction and tactical support.

IMPLEMENT IT+SECURITY STRATEGY

Armed with comprehensive documentation of your network, our team will immediately address any critical issues discovered in our assessment, install security software, and prepare every device on your network for remote support.

ONBOARDING FOR YOUR ENTIRE COMPANY

Once you’re comfortable with ThrottleNet, we’ll make sure your entire staff is, too. We’ll introduce ourselves to your entire staff, show them the various ways to contact us for support, and train everybody on best practices for ‘digital hygiene’ to avoid common security risks.

HOW WE PROVIDE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE:

24/7/365 Remote Support: It’s like having an IT person in your office (without having to talk about Game of Thrones…unless you want to, of course). Our remote team is able to resolve 80% of all issues on the first call and usually within a few minutes.

Emergency Support: While it doesn’t happen often, sometimes our clients require on-site support immediately. If that’s the case, we’ll dispatch a Field Engineer (and anyone else who’s needed) to resolve the issue to ensure that your business stays open for business.

Scheduled Monthly On-Site: Even with the best team on the planet, there are simply things that cannot be accomplished via remote support. That’s why once a month your Field Engineer will visit your office to address any non-urgent issues and look for any changes in your network or business needs.

Scheduled Quarterly vCIO: Your vCIO will monitor your business daily and work with Remote Support and your Field Engineer as they keep your network safe and secure. Additionally, each quarter they will meet with you to review the past quarter’s activity in detail.
