TN TechHub: A Simpler Way to IT

This unified platform gives you a real-time, bird’s-eye view of your entire IT environment, making it easier to monitor performance, spot trends, and prioritize initiatives. By consolidating all key metrics and communication into one intuitive dashboard, TechHub streamlines collaboration with your dedicated vCIO, enhances strategic planning, and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks

Here is a short summary of the Webinar on the TN TechHub.

This webinar focused on the capabilities and value of the TechHub, a centralized platform designed to streamline IT management for clients. Hosted by George Rosenthal and KJ Miller, the session introduced TechHub as a single source of truth, giving users real-time access to critical information such as workstation data, support tickets, software, licensing, and cybersecurity training. The platform is customizable per client, ensuring that each business sees only the tools, apps, and knowledge base materials relevant to them.

The TechHub simplifies support and communication. With features like ticket tracking, live support access, and a built-in training university, businesses can manage employee onboarding, enforce compliance, and deliver ongoing education—all within the same system. The training section includes customizable courses and resources to reduce cyber risk and reinforce user accountability.

Another powerful aspect of the TechHub is its infrastructure visibility. Internal IT teams and business leaders can view endpoint health, warranty status, software usage, and Office 365 license allocation. This enables better budgeting, prevents overspending on unused licenses, and enhances security planning. The infrastructure and software tabs also allow users to download reports for external analysis and documentation.

Lastly, the TechHub includes a strategic planning feature known as the planner. This tool lets users and vCIOs track tasks, assign costs, and build a proactive IT roadmap. It supports compliance tracking, infrastructure upgrades, and budget forecasting. ThrottleNet clients should reach out to their vCIO to get set up with TechHub—a no-cost, high-value tool that drives collaboration, transparency, and long-term IT success.
