You will no longer have to spend money on your servers when the life of those run out. Reduction of onsite backup and storage costs. When backing information up, if it is much cheaper to back up in the cloud than it is the traditional way. The traditional way of backup will normally require an additional server. The biggest benefit is the ability to access information remotely. All you will need is an internet connection and you are up and running. Because it is secure, you will not need to use a VPN, and this will save the company money because they will not have to keep repurchasing the licenses for VPNs.
